Working professionally in music since 2009, I create original music and productions for television, advertising, multimedia, artists and commercial projects.

 

Over the years I’ve worked across a broad range of briefs with leading publishers and production companies including Universal Production Music, EMI, BMG, Endemol, Jump Music, Freshworx, Banijay and Sonoton Music.

My work covers a wide range of musical styles projects, from pop and dance to indie, rock and cinematic music. I enjoy taking an idea and developing it into something exciting, memorable and engaging.

 

Music That Connects

 

I’m melody-focused, always looking for a strong hook or musical idea that gives a track its identity.

​​

For television and visual media, I particularly enjoy the relationship between music and picture — building arrangements that naturally grow towards a key moment, creating tension, anticipation and release, and hopefully that little bit of magic when everything comes together.

​

I'm drawn to music with movement and emotion, whether that’s an intimate acoustic track, a big cinematic build, modern pop or an electronic soundscape.

​

I grew up playing drums in bands, learning piano and guitar before heading off to specialise in music production at university, That background still has on the way I work. Rhythm is at the heart of what I do, and I often use keys and guitar (now my main instrument) to bring a more human feel to a production.

 

Idea to Final Mix 

 

I’m based in North London, working from my own studio and taking projects from initial concept and demo through arrangement, recording and production to the final mix.

Working across a wide variety of projects has given me the experience to adapt quickly to different briefs, artists and musical styles.

Collaboration

​

Some of the most rewarding work comes from collaboration —  songwriters, producers, composers and creatives.

​​

Sharing ideas back and forth, letting the best idea win and developing it into a fully produced song - whether that means finding the right sounds and elements, or shaping an arrangement.​ I also enjoy remixing: Taking an existing track apart, finding a new perspective and rebuilding it into something fresh.
